1. Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTCS") is to define the conditions under which EISN (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") offers Yubico security keys (hereinafter referred to as "the Products") for sale to professional customers (hereinafter referred to as "the Customers").
2. Acceptance of T&Cs
By placing an order on the https://yubikey-shop.eisn.fr website (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), the Customer acknowledges that he/she has read the GTC and accepts them unreservedly.
3. Controls
3.1. Placing an order: The Customer may place an order on the Site by following the online ordering procedure. The Vendor reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.
3.2. Order confirmation: The Vendor will confirm the order by e-mail. The sale will be deemed concluded upon receipt of this confirmation.
4. Prices and payment
4.1. Prices: Product prices are indicated on the Site. They are expressed in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the prices in effect at the time of the order will apply.
4.2 : Payment : The Customer may pay for his order online by credit card or other means of payment accepted on the Site.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery times: the Vendor will endeavour to respect the delivery times indicated when the order is placed, but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.
5.2 : Delivery charges: Delivery charges will be indicated to the Customer when the order is placed. They depend on the place of delivery and the amount of the order.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Products to exercise his right of withdrawal. For further information on the withdrawal procedure, the Customer may refer to the Vendor's returns policy available on the Site.
7. Warranties
The Vendor guarantees that the Products comply with current regulations and are free from hidden defects. The Customer is invited to report any problem as soon as possible.
8. Protection of Personal Data
The Customer acknowledges having read the Seller's privacy policy available on the Site and agrees to the processing of his/her personal data.
9. Disputes and Mediation
In the event of disputes, the Parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. If this fails, disputes will be referred to the competent courts in accordance with French law.
10. Changes to the GTC
The Vendor reserves the right to modify the GCS at any time. The terms and conditions in force at the time of the order are binding on the Customer.
